    My basic calcs:

    Revenue from Domantis sale: $170M
    Estimated royalty revenues next 4 years: $100M
    Cash on hand: $42M

    Total: $312M

    Total Shares on Issue: 164M

    $/Share: $1.90

    This is without attributing any value to their portfolio of promising big $ potential research projects.

    Am I missing something? Seems cheap to me!
