if the rights issue goes ahead is there a chance that Norm Seckhold's shares could be diluted down so that they can't be used to call the EGM? In that case I assume you will have to use the 100 shareholders who have signed up to JervoisVision2009. Is it possible that DP is going to issue these new shares to ensure that he gains control of the company and that our EGM fails?
What are our chances here?
