Clear Creek copped a snowfall of about 15 inches-less than might have been the case. There is now 22 inches of snow on the ground (v. 7 inches on Thurs.). Night temps had held up well at about 29 F,but fell away to 24F last night. The next 2 nights are predicted to see 15-20F at night but by about Wed. they seem to be predicting warmer temps. I have no idea what it takes to stop the tie-ins but it would be a real shame if they dont make the target of 8. The gas prices look to be in no danger of falling away as the temps in adjacent states to Utah are also getting colder. Rain is reducing the depth of the snow on the ground.Perhaps they will get flooded out instead (just joking-its light rain).
