If the intelligence of the shareholders is that they could get confused by this they should not be investing in shares! It seems to me this is entirely appropriate because those attending would want to go to both meetings and it creates economies of time and expense to hold them in this manner.
If they don't understand they deserve to flounder and lose out.
It is not for kindergarten kids.
