Hi all,

I am in an extreme hurry because I have been doing some works with my cattle and fencing. But I thought that I should avdise the forum of what is written below in regard to proxy votes.

After bashing my head against the wall with ASIC, I finally got in touch with the company.

I spoke to Ian, and after doing some ringing around to ascertain himself before giving me an answer, he was good enough to ring me back and advised me that there will be proxies allowed for the Scheme of Arrangement meeting due to be held some time in October.

This now should clear the uncertainties and the different opinions being circulated around.

I have to thank Ian for being so prompt in answering my query.

I have to go now for, work is calling.
