    announcement re GM out for shareholder approval for issue of shares to metro.
    Interesting valuation of THK in the Independent Report at a discounted low of $1.09 and high of 1.31. Thats about what i thought they were worth. Any opinions about which way this will make the stock go?
    Get em while they're still cheap i say
