Yes while i agree with you on the accountants running a mine, i would say that i feel they are being conservative with their wet commissioning ann making sure all their i's are dotted and t's are crossed.
The last thing any management would want is to make an arse in front of their major investors telling them wet commissioning went to plan and then finding out their recoveries in 3months time are skew-if>.
