you clearly stated that the Senate Inquiry recommended a Royal Commission into ASX trading.
There were a lot of submissions by lots of individuals and bodies and some claimed illegal trading on the ASX, that is very different to the Senate making a recommendation.

There are 61 recommendations , can you please point to the recommendation (s) that support your statement. If as in previous statements you are relying on what others have told you (with agendas) you may have been misled.

I apologise if this seems harsh but it seems that the senate are not going to take any further action on Cudeco and the ASX and ASIC have closed their books on that as well.

Look at the share price now, nearly 5 years after the 2010 JORC release and the share price is only around $1.30 with the most recent share issue was 40 mill shares at $1.25 with 20 mill options.

So who is responsible for the current price ? And it is not shorters.
