I tend to disagree with you. It is not wasting time to calculate possible profit based on math. As mentioned, this is called a ‘very nice to hv scenario’ which is easy for most averages here to understand.
Surely we are in dynamic world with issues to come, however, it is also accompanied with opportunities.
+solid states battery will consumes much more lithium
+build a plant with Carlix to produce LFP lithium salt with much more margin
+POSCO project to produce LIOH with additional margin
they were not counted in the calculation which I personally think are eligible offsetting the negative factors you mention.
In the end, we need someone contributing their expertise here (including accounting) rather than calling counting number is silly.
