oh yeah - one other factor, at the most recent AGM a major shareholder Tim Lebbon voted against every one of the resolutions. Now Tim has around 20% of the shares that were acquired in the last few years and is obviously pretty pi$$ed off about something. Tim Lebbon is in the banking/corporate finance game so he should know a thing or two about making a buck......is this good or bad , a bit of both I suspect, I guess its good in a way that he bought in but certainly concerning that he's not a happy camper right now.
