re: halliburtons SSN have a JV with HAL regardless of whether they take on the 2nd appraisal, so i don’t see it as market sensitive. As a shareholder I want it to happen for various reasons, but It will be important to have another well drilled in the Niobrara this year at no cost, to give us a better look at what this play may achieve hence the learning curb with Defender.

If there is no ann this week we will have to wait until after Easter where you would think further news regarding Australia 11, Gretel, SOA, further flow rates from Defender and an update with HAL will be issued. It wouldn’t surprise me if the current deal in place with HAL may be changed in some way which could cause a delay with their decision.
