Sandys, why do you always start a new thread with re: ? It makes me look for earlier posts in the thread which dont exist.

Regarding the HAL decision, my interpretation of the lack of announcement is:

1. If HAL had decided favourably (or decided definitely not to proceed) we would have seen an announcement straight away.

2. Since we havent seen an announcement my interpretation is there is some negotiation going on. My thinking is that given the results so far HAL may try to re-negotiate the deal to perhaps obtain more net acreage in return for their work, of TB may be offering it in order to keep them in.

We will soon see.
