Rocks, having just read you post I'm at a loss to understand why you are quoting that to me mate. Was it not me that quoted that exact extract from the very same announcement to Sandys earlier today. Did I not pose the question as to why TB would use the term "Samson’s farminee has advised" rather than "As per the terms of the agreement" if the date was set in stone as Sandys was inferring ? The date hasn't been touted by TB regularly or as suggested nor does it even appear in any of the last few as he seems to have convinced you it did.

So given that it was me that posted the actual origin and context of the date provided several hours earlier, why would you think that I'm unaware of the content of that announcement. Sorry mate, just confused.
