Brokers rating on securities are in most cases paid for by the party concerned. I would rather peruse $$N production results and development upgrades which is useful than a broker's rating which has varying valuation methods which in most cases are not conservative.

$$N is quite boring right now with positive cashflows from production, ORRI's and a lot of upside potentials with massive cash backing.
