I read with great interest the varied views on this topic. Some, a couple of days ago were clearly written by people that have not experienced, first hand , the problem we discuss. I understand there are social issues in suburbia but how many in here can speak from first hand experiences from the communities? I suggest you take a trip out to Docker River, Papunya, Hermannsburg, up to Oenpelli. If you ever going past, call in an check these places out... they may just change the city mentality.
The problem has to be understood fully before it can be addressed fully.
