As for Tibbs, if it can manage to break its old high of 12 cents, which it should soon, should see somewhere around 15 cent mark in the next 4-8 weeks IMO.
The huge spike in volume last week was the first sign it will get there as the deep pocket yanks held it down.
They are not finished buying yet.
