The Ausi market has very lowly priced shares - in the US under a $1 is considered a penny dreadful - in UK the AIM low level listing price is 50 pence (appx $1.50 Ausi) so a 2 cents stock would be out of the question

Whilst it does not change the market value, a higher share price and lower shares issue may be perceived as better

Cap raising is small - aquired coy has a convertible note, therefore taking equity in the future of its assets

Definately don't think this is a bad announcement, just not the one expected
