To think they can do that without any censure or preventive action on behalf of the bodies set up to monitor the market, is enought to make one's blood boil.
I hope legin is makig some progress with his proposed class action.
As individuals we have no clout,whatsoever.
I feel its time a 'shareholder defence organisation' was set up to develop ways and means of dealing with companies such as CCC/CCL and their 'directors'.
With sufficient membership it could provide the clout needed to bring about some remedies.
