double-check mate, believe that would have been 'targeted'

had a few hiccups since then and no doubt cost have increased. trick is wether this is a short term fluctuation or if they can then go on and keep them under control into the future.

by past reports i believe they can but i really want to see this quarterly for indication on how they have progressed this month.
