re: hst .. oversold

Not any more! Up from low 1.50s in July to 2.17 today. But on its fundamentals it still has plenty of upside. Huntleys have a 2.55 valuation on it. Its recent diversification into commercial electricals (Heyday Group acquisition) fits nicely with its airconditioning business. Not so sure it can keep going up like this in the short term but looks good over the next year. A lot will hang on how well it develops its Dubai joint venture (with Al-Futtaim Engineering) where it is responsible for air conditioning and electrical. Meantime there is a fully franked div of around 11c per year.
