I am an unadvised work, and tap in www.decimal.com.au, can anyone tells me what to do next, I rang 1300 number, no one on the other end.

I haven't seen a private company shelling into a listed company and actually come out with a 3 folds of current MC, what an amazing deal Mr Kolbusz has done.

I also haven't seen a TO-BE-RESIGNED board saying a deal make them lose the job is so good! OF COURSE, THERE WILL BE SIDE AGREEMENT FOR EACH AND INDIVIDUAL BOARD MEMBER TO BE PLEASED

I also get confused about the chart they put in the announcement, they suggested the current 40% advised sector worth only 100Mil, and unadvised sector amount to 60%, and they initial IPO of $75Mil?

Seek.com put the job, Carsale.com put the car, what Decimal.com sells? something like iselect?

the other thing I cant understand is if the board has been looking for new investment, and has $23Mil cash in the bank, why they bother issue shares to Arredo Pty Ltd with $10mil unlisted option at 17.5c in the money now.
