The Bible gives me Hope . A Hope that death is NOT the end .
In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.”
Titus 1:2
God lives in eternity, where there is no past, present, nor future. This is why the Bible tells us in 2nd Peter 3:8, "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." Whereas mankind is forced to wait and wonder and hope due to the uncertainty of our future; God KNOWS exactly what the future holds, because it is not the future to Him.
2nd Corinthians 5:8, "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord."
