Either scenario is possible, and as mentioned we will never know unless some group does file a class action.
The facts now is that NAB deal is dead. The questions are why?
And if NAB has said no, what difference would it be for others. After all, there's up to a 40% savings. There's obviously much more to it, and not as simple as we save you heaps so you will join. Not a ramp for or against. Just stating were IAM are at on this matter
