Since we're in breakout mode, it's hard to predict where share price will land in the short term, but here's a table with mc ($m) based on incremental sp.

Everyone will have a different opinion on share price so it's good to look at each increment in sp and mc to see that relationship in numbers and try to tie it to other information as we get it. For reference, since many keep mentioning the $1 billion figure, that means a sp of over 40c fully diluted (ordinary shares, options and performance shares).
