I think as an investor/trader in the spec end on a hyped up stock (IAM 9 months ago), you are dealing often with a SP that has factored in everything claimed in the Investor Presentation being realised in the next 12-24 months.
And if a holder is to speculate, and chooses to hold, despite sitting on many bags of profits, then they should imo at least do so on the basis that the script laid out in the investor presentation is still on track, instead of what I see occurring on this forum, where the script has veered completely off the rails, yet many wonder why the SP also changes course.
So to answer your question lets look at the Investor Presentation on 27/10/2016
https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/an...tor-presentation-iam-ax.2995820/#.WaOxHoBS2hc
None of that has been realised
So much potential yet so little revenue, where is the uptake?
Why would you leave such a promising business?
And thats just a few of the obvious changes in the story just 12 months ago.
Which brings us to the milestones:
M1 - cumulative NPAT of $1 million by 30 June 2019
M2 - cumulative NPAT of $4 million by 30 June 2019
M3 - cumulative NPAT of $11 million by 30 June 2019
M4 - cumulative NPAT of $40 million by 30 June 2019
Lets aim low and just look at M1. IAM is making $130,000 less 1 year after listing than it claims it made in 2015! Here is a list of companies in the IAM umbrella which the prospectus claims collectively earned revenue of $630,000
But lets ignore the above and look at where we are now with the last 4C. To get to M1 in the next 12 months (leaving another 4 quarters for possibly M2) and assuming expenses stay the same at $2.8 million per annum, IAM needs revenue of $4 million, just to get to M1.
So revenue just simply is not high enough for what is claimed that all milestones are still on track, its complete fantasy, the numbers just dont support it. Last 4C revenue was $200K, you need an increase in revenue of $3.5 million in the next 12 months over the last 12 months, thats a 700% increase YOY
