    Hi Zzup, I am doing ok, just pretty busy.

    My guess is that the empty building (Kokusai Nihombashi) from last year has been filled and paying rent.

    The results are worse than I expected, but not a complete surprise. Given the loans are not tied to LVR, I am more interested in the income numbers.

    I am still holding, and waiting for the FY results.
