Have already set up a short selling portfolio Didn't believe the market would be subjected to such harsh treatment and can't believe the news about JP Morgan.
I have resisted puts on banks for a long time as have made plenty more from the calls which others on the forum can corroborate. Have been putting all profits into quality companies yet even this strategy has come amiss. Have to initiate a stop loss to protect all profits and will be very active in downward stocks from hereon.
You say I have missed an opportunity with puts? I say I have saved plenty in the past by not utilising them so if I consider a short position now I will still not miss out on some riches on the dark side. Looks like its easier to pick losers over winners in this market. Spunkybroke is evidence of that fact!
