MOD has v little cash, & has a $2m secured loan repayable on 4th July 2016 to a related party (unless extended). MOD will obviously want to release as much good news to get the price up before any raising, but its a balancing act between limited dilution to existing shareholders and offering new & existing shareholders upside at the time of raising. Exploration results look promising but many a good ore body has been spoilt by drilling more holes ! Agree there could be further upside before any capital raising but beware !
