can i run this past you and other RES holders to see if i am think streight

going on your figures aussie ,res can make about $360 million dollars in profit per year by selling 18 mill tons of black gold

we have around 80 million shares on issue ?
and need to raise $400 mill to build our mine and plant
Jury has said that they wont to raise the money by 50% debt and 50% equity ,
so if res was to raise $200mill by releasing 100 million shares at $2 this would get us $200 MILL and then borrow the other $200 mill ,
in a perfect world RES would have 180 mill shares on issue and be able to pay back the loan in the first year

What then would be an aprox SP ,

pS i dont know how to work out the PE ratio , i know i should being an investor / punter / gambler but i dont

is this how a company would work

i think haveing very few share in the market is going to help us extreamely , but it was painfull when we did the 10 for 1

any thoughts
