Stured a lot of what ive said is best case scenario or a very good one, to be balanced worst case is we dont get anywhere and we go broke, there thats my balanced opinion lol.
Going back to figures some of the ones you've used are obviously guesswork,
some figures ive used are too, but they come from experience and research.
The mining part of the operation is quite cheap excavators and haul trucks, the other costs go into the CPP and haulage shipping costs, the cost of these affecting the overall costs a fair bit.
As too the eventual capital cost of the CPP well that depends on the final size design but i would expect up to 300 million aussie depending oh Exchange rates ect.The rest of costs going into mining equipment if we purchase our own.
But id expect that we would contract out the mining.
Alot of things need to be sorted out to get to this point though.
As for my figures and these were in US dollars too sorry, Operational costs approx $30-40 thermal coal price $60-70
So using your figures
360 million US Profit $450 million aussie @ .80cent/1 US dollar
180 million shares on issue
= Earnings $2 a share US $2.5 aussie @80 cents
Typical PE ratio 10-14
Price = 10 x earnings = $25 a share
All these figures can be played with to give different scenario's, its just an opinion of what is possible, if things pan out, if they dont then like i said, you win some you lose some.
Hope this makes sense.
