I wonder what policy's people have for the reinvestment of dividends and distributions that constantly (hopefully) are received during the accumulation stage of a Superfund.? Generally I select what I consider the most undervalued of my existing stocks, and top up, sometimes buying new stocks or LIC's, but I'm beginning to think that the market is running a little hot , and the ' sell in May and go away' phenomenon will soon be with us , and this will provide a 'buying opportunity'. At least the drip feed of dividends if reinvested forces one to adopt a 'dollar averaging' policy.
