morning .. the platter that you say is the crux of what has been happening and understanding it all .. lets visit that for a second..

to be clear .. these things have been posted on multiple times by several posters.. so I'll try to keep it quick ..

THE PLATTER

yes.. at hand over it had NCCN and FDA approval .. we have discussed a lot the NCCN and while needed and a fundamental reason why IPD will succeed ... it does not by itself force Doctors to use SOZO.. all of us were led down the path on that one... like how quick after NCCN all the Ins Co's would provide cover..?? hmmmm..

and it also had 2 states that had achieved critical insurance coverage..

at RV's termination after a few days shy of being CEO for 12 months.. we had...

no customer data bank, client segmentation or priority sales list..

no functional sales strategy/coordination of staff in the co for sales..

no sales team operating in either of the states that had critical ins coverage for over 6 months..

No head of sales running it.. and there is more but these alone should scare people as to what was going on..


the platter from these alone is clear to see that it was not golden or silver, in fact it was missing quite a lot.. the fundamental things needed to actually run the Co and drive it forward.. to sell SOZO is "hard" work to Doctors as is plain for all to see now .. that hard work has been happening.. change in high quality leads a strong indicator showing that.. question is how would the above actions ( lack of ) from Ric and Tim have provided results we all want and need ..??

from the platter handed over, this year has required a full rework of the entire operation, and as PB said on the call the pieces are now in place and they can run it as hard as they can.. and plan to.. and another thing.. we have just be told that the platter also had 78 US devices that were on the installed base figures for years but were dormant or idle which have now been cleared.. no $$ lost in clearing them but.. still another issue to clean up on the platter .. why did Ric or Tim not do that ..?? didn't know they were there, didn't care ..?? knew but didn't want to upset their figures ..?? whatever the answer more platter insight

this year SP has been painful.. no doubt.. when understanding the platter it is clear all was not rosy and unfortunately has taken time to correct .. that part is now done and now for the onward and upward part.. the AGM is coming so great time to attend in person or on line.. register and ask questions, voice opinions direct to them..
