    Well I think the placement sucks bigtime. Why didn't they give existing shareholders an opportunity to buy in at .011 with a free option?

    I may be a small shareholder but this has knocked the stuffing out of my holding and until some real production news finally comes down the line it will be some time before I start to recoup my losses on this stock.
