I believe it should be a positive announcement and most prob a really good one.

But just think that the company could consider "capital raising" a positive announcment as it would enable the company to expand thier interests.

So just because the company thinks it is positive does not mean that the market will...

..... saying that it is probably a joint venture or something huge, we will just have to wait an see.
