points 1 and 2 seem contradictory...since they wont happen at the same time obviously (barring a massive coincidence).
Higher risk investors would get in now, med risk investors when full scale mining starts, lower risk investors when full scale mining has been going for some time...of course the extent of returns (positive or negative) is commensurate with the risk.
By lower risk, i dont mean low risk investors (bank investors etc)...i mean lower risk than those getting in earlier.
