I fully concur with Ronraine about shareholders sitting on the fence.

This is an extract from Pursell's capital raising announcement to the ASX on 6/1/09:

1."Possible legal costs associated with the letter of demand from China Railway Resources"

2."Obliged to meet minimum state expenditure commitmemnts to hold exploration style tenements. Failure to do so will inevitably lead to the loss of the tenements"

The above confirms that due to Pursell's mismanagement, we as shareholders may loose our best assets in Young and Nyngan, and may be up for enormous costs due to the letter of demand from CRR.

So, our only hope is to join Jervoisvision to bring on new management led by Mr.N.Seckold, who is an astute and knowledgeable manager, capable of bringing CRR back to the negotiating table to develope the Young project. Also, save us shareholders possible enormous court costs.
