    Hypothetical numbers and just extending on your "theory", but my point is in the principle, not the numbers.

    IF FG is willing to sell his shares at 70 cents on takeover rather than let it get to 90 cents organically then YES he is shafting us.
    Unless he already believes the company has no future and will not get past a takeover offer figure.
