just got the prospectus today

I will not be applying for any more shares in this company

I also noted Kain only has 510,000 shares, thats a pathetic number for a director

in addition, he has 25, mil options exp on feb 16, basically this new option deal that ""saves investors"" who hold options basically is done for the directors, who barely hold any shares in this company, and the fact that option holders get a better deal with this propectus is also I feel a reflection of Mr kain trying to save his own 25 mil options

this I think is unaccetable in my opinion and hence I will not get any more shares in this company where the directors, in total, currently hold something like 60000 $ worth of shares in this company
