It certainly appears to be a case where directors are looking after their own interests (they're only humans). However on a more positive note, it means they will have to fork out money to convert those oppies into heads. Wouldn't you do the same if you had a truckload of oppies?.

I would most certainly expect them to come good and convert all of their entitlements. If they didnt then it would really smell....fishy.

And do not forget there are a lot of punters out there who were caught out with the oppies. Spare them a thought as well..
