Over the past year or two we have had very low short sales on KDR and that has been put down to there being very little borrow available on KDR stock.
In the past month or two, shorts as a % of volume has increased significantly, however I understand that this is still much lower than peers.
Nonetheless, can anyone explain what has changed or caused the change in availability of stock to borrow?
