Local buses advertising 'Electric vehicles'..the green license plates for EVs is being introduced in 3 stages,..but word has it that they are trying to speed up the introduction as quickly as possible.
Coupled with the ever increasing air pollution concerns here, and you start to realise just how staggeringly phenomenal the EV revolution could be in China ALONE.
