Similar trading on KDR and most Lithium stocks although KDR has taken a bigger beating than most. I guess it doesn’t help that we are further away from production.
The shorting has increased dramatically since the institutions have come onboard the last six months. Coincidence? I think not. I don’t have time to dig the figures up but I strongly suspect the level on institutional ownership has been on the increase the last few months notwithstanding the declining share price. Most broker reports have a value for KDR well in excess of $2 and some closer to $3. I don’t think they’re that far off the mark so how come they are “playing” with the share price? The only conclusion, as mentioned in the GXY post is to scare the living daylights out of as many as possible to have their shares as cheaply as possible...We’ve seen it before and no doubt we’ll see it again.
The only solution is to realise what is going on and take advantage...
