MD has 3.9 million indirect shares tied to price performance of the shares. Other director David Clifford has 17.4 million indirect shares.
Directors and mgmt has to be sure before they say any thing. It is crucial time as they are busy finalising the dfs and it seems the mine capacity and refinery secondary expansion studies are both in the picture to take advantage to the price of the resource. OT could be better negotiated if mgmt could finalise the dfs and cost more precisely. I could understand the silence as there is lot going behind the picture. PtW. IMO.
