IMO I think that Kidman have done all of this extremely timely. They have had this planned from the start and are just ticking some boxes before the big news is out.
I also believe that they have done this to increase the knowledgeability of Kidman and the Mt Holland project. This publicity stunt will in turn reel in more new investors and will increase the stock price quite largely.
