Hi all. Trading is not my back ground, but could someone explain in simple terms IF kdr is being set up for takeover why wouldn't that company pull the sp down to 50c and then make an offer of say $1 per share? I am reading $3 per share (Im guessing at current price)but surely you would want to push sp further down because it would seem to me being a logical person that sp is possibly already being held down and once anns stop that will be there chance. Im not downramping at all just pondering over a beer what the short term forecast of kdr looks like. Sabine maybe you won't beat me up for asking lol. Enjoy the weekend all.
