I have decided to vote yes to management bonus.
Strategically, to do otherwise, is sending out a message of no confidence in management to future shareholders,offtake partners,and potential takeover agreements.
If there is a T/O offer it will come sooner than later as we as shareholders have been beaten up over the last 6 months, and T/O party would want to take advantage of recent events to give a low ball offer.
