Hi GMH. A mixture of emotional decision making, gut feel and clarity. I don't believe the Ministers decision will be negative. However, it seems to be taking time. To me it just does not make sense gambling a large profit that could be wiped out short term if anything is announced the market does not like, or is even a little confusing. I'd prefer to buy back in, at higher price, when this is sorted out.
