I remember that as well @Haplo. They do have an established chemicals and industrials segment already.
To me, most likely time for takeover is after DFS and offtakes are signed, but before finance is fully in place. Bigger players, especially conglomerates like Wesfarmers, would probably like to see the final numbers laid out before them with deals in place, but they could get significantly cheaper finance than KDR.
That way they can come in, bring their own dollars, and just push the button to make the project happen. Almost turn-key acquisition for them to come along and not have to worry about operating.
We'll see if anything happens when that time comes.
