Yep, it's a well known fact that DMS plants have to be built in cities, as they're so hard to construct in remote locations. All of Australia's mining is done in urban areas.
And building a complex chemical plant in a rural location that's 1/4 the size it needs to be to be economic was always a fool proof plan and never seemed like it was going to struggle.

All that Joe Lowry has said about Mt Holland is that they will have their work cut out for them with it being SQM's first hydroxide plant. If you couldn't see that yourself then you need your head read.
