Why would Kidman want to sell his share of SQM if SQM is willing...

    Why would Kidman want to sell his share of SQM if SQM is willing to help Kidman, if Kidman has a problem?

    Kidman has something that not only SQM wants, but others too. So Kidman is in a super TOP position.

    But why would Kidman want to sell? It doesn't make sense? Should Kidman actually sell his share, then the stock price will fall sharply.
    It would not be that the company Kidman is sold, but Kidman would only sell an asset from the company.

    So hope Kidman doesn't sell a share.
